Marian Epps is AMAZING! If you are looking for a realtor who will really listen to what your needs are, then look no further. My husband Chad Bloch and I just bought our home and closed on the 27th of September. We listed the home we were moving from on August 27th. We sold our home and bought our dream home in exactly 1 month. She knew we had a home in mind and that we REALLY wanted this house...and she did everything she could to help make our dream come true and was beyond successful! She sent emails and took phone calls at all hours of the day. Anytime we felt that we came to a bump in the road and started to panic she was calm, cool, collected, educated and above all else...reassuring! She always walked us through every process and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing at all times. We cannot recommend nor can we thank her enough!
