Just checking on everyone out there...As for us? We are here and open for business but wanted you to know we are taking the following precautions:
*We are encouraging employees to follow CDC guidance and stay home if they’re feeling ill.

*We have a professional third party cleaning service in every evening. As well as reduced hours (we are closing at 5:00 pm every day now)

I made an appointment about 10 days out, to get my transmission checked and a recall item done. Upon arrival, the service rep told me they didn’t have anyone available that could help me with that. Then told me I would have to wait two or three weeks for another appointment when the right tech is on duty!
Probably a blessing disguise, as I made an appointment with another nearby dealership and they have loaner cars available (unlike Rice apparently), in addition to easier appointment scheduling. I just moved from out of state and am in need of good vehicle service. I don’t want to start out like that!
