Fescue is the best for forage stockpiling this time of year. With 60 units of nitrogen and timely moisture our grazing season can be greatly extended into the fall. With any questions regarding stockpiling fescue, contact your local Co-op agronomist. #ShopCoop ... See MoreSee Less

Co-op operates three feed mills across the state — at Jackson in West Tennessee, Tenco near Rockford in East Tennessee, and at TFC’s LaVergne headquarters in Middle Tennessee. Each of these facilities follow safety protocols similar to those required of a food manufacturing plant.

Cutting height is such an important factor as to how long your forage will survive! A major problem, especially in Orchardgrass and Fescue, is cutting too low. Orchardgrass and fescue should never be cut lower than 3.5 inches and 4 and up are even better. #ShopCoop ... See MoreSee Less

Knox Farmers Co-Op

I am always greeted with joy. I can always fine the item that I need. Very good quality of merchandise.
Stood 10 - 15 minutes waiting at the counter while the associate played on their cell phone. The associate looked over at us several times knowing of our presence. We would have walked out had we not NEEDED what we had came in to purchase. Won't be going back unless it is absolutely necessary.
I am so glad I found the Knox Co-op. I had been looking for the Spartan Eradicators everywhere. Finally found them here. Decently priced and will shop here from now on.
Would be much better if employees would have professionalism with customers and not just stand around yacking to customers who's business is completed.
They have canned kitten formula for $5.00! Had to pay over 8 at another place. Their rabbit food though sucks, you get down to 1/4 the bag and it's nothing but mold.
