we had the best experience here. Everyone has been so great and helpful, including the receptionist. She and I have become good friends.
Not only were they fantastic with my children, they did workshops and different events to help us, the parents. We gained a lot of great information. My kids loved the summer camps they offered.
All in all we had a wonderful experience and would still be going if we didn’t move out of state.
While the therapist that we met with seemed nice at our initial meeting, the office staff is very insensitive to families of special needs children. She has been rude and short with me every time I emailed or called. The office staff can either make a family feel welcomed or unwanted. Special needs parents have to deal with a lot of different kinds of therapy appointments and we do not have time to waste in offices that we do not feel wanted and appreciated.
The staff is AMAZING! They not only work with the children but train the parents as well. We have been going for well over a year and have seen such improvement in our son. I would recommend ABA Interventions!!
